Mr. Namukulo Mukutu : Chairman

Mr. Namukulo Mukutu is an Agricultural Development Planner and Natural Resource Advisor and runs his own commercial farm off the Great East Road towards Chongwe. Mr. Mukutu worked in Government ministries for 25 years with his last appointment being Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries from 1992 to 1996.

 Mr. Joshua Mwanza: Member 

 Mr. Joshua Mwanza is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators since 1975. An entrepreneur and corporate services provider, Mr. Mwanza had 20 years of working experience in the private sector and the Bank of Zambia before he retired in 1993.

Mrs. Angela Muyuni: Member 

Mrs. Angela Muyuni is a fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. She is running a family business in real estate and farming. Mrs. Muyuni worked for 17 years for various parastals before retirement in 1995 with her last appointment being Director of Human Resources at the Zambia State Insurance Corporation.
