The Department is responsible for providing specialized HR concepts, methods, techniques, and professional judgement and advice to Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) geared towards the effective and efficient utilisation of the Bank’s Human Resource.

We have internship opportunities on an annual basis. The internships programme provides students the opportunity to have a taste of life in a real work environment in Development Bank of Zambia. Students have the option to apply for two or three months when they close for such periods. Interns will gain real exposure to the Bank’s core operations and clientele as well as network with our people at various foras. Applications are welcome from all academic disciplines.
